The Oregon University System (OUS) institutions use a standard method for setting performance targets. Aggressive or static targets are based on three-year averages and extend two to five years out from the base year. PSU shares five indicators in common with other OUS institutions. These indicators are related to the system goals of access, quality, and effectiveness. Actual performance is reported each year and mapped against the static and accelerated targets to allow both the individual institutions and the system gauge progress toward these goals.
