These enrollment figures do not account for other classes, such as many of those in University Studies that weave diversity throughout their curriculum.
PSU students reported that their PSU education contributed somewhat to their understanding of people from racial or ethnic backgrounds different from their own. Students at urban and doctoral/research-intensive universities were similar to PSU students in rating how much their education had contributed to this type of understanding.
