Freshman Persistence

Initiative

The general education curriculum, which follows a learning communities model, provides increased opportunities for student-to-student and student-to-faculty interaction through group experiences and mentoring. Improved hours of operation for key student service areas also are expected to improve student satisfaction and lead to higher student retention.
